    I offer a variety of ceramic pieces, including decorative items, planters, and jewellery. Each item is crafted with care and creativity.
  • 2. Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
    Most of my ceramic products are dishwasher safe but I recommend handwashing to prolong their life. Microwavable safety varies by item; please refer to individual product descriptions for details.
  • 3. How do I care for my ceramic pieces?
    To maintain the integrity of your ceramics, avoid sudden temperature changes and use gentle cleaning methods. For more specific care instructions, please refer to the product details. Jewellery - waterproof, fragile, made of porcelain (a very dense clay) and sterling silver (925).
  • 4. What is your return and exchange policy?
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for detailed instructions.
  • 5. Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, I offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

    We take great care to package our ceramics securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
