SHIPPING POLICY

International Shipping:

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to initiate the return process.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds:
